Every appointment is handled with care, precision, and clear communication to ensure a premium experience from start to finish. Appointments & Confirmations All services are by appointment only. Book online or contact us directly to reserve your time. You’ll receive an official confirmation by text or email once your appointment is approved. As a mobile team, your time may adjust slightly for optimal routing, and we’ll always notify you in advance. Arrival Window & Preparation Please allow a 60-minute window before or after your scheduled time for travel delays, traffic, or weather. Park in a safe, well-lit area with space to open doors fully. Remove all personal items before service. If your detail requires power or water access, we’ll confirm in advance. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges Pricing reflects vehicles in average condition. Extra fees may apply for heavy soil, pet hair, sand, stains, odors, mold, or oversized vehicles. Any changes are discussed before service begins to ensure full transparency. Cancellations & Rescheduling We ask for at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may incur a $50 fee to offset travel and prep costs. Payments & Receipts Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Digital receipts are provided for your records. Weather Policy If weather prevents safe or effective detailing, we’ll contact you to reschedule promptly.
